I have been baking since 1984, starting in a family patisserie. I’ve held many positions within the baking trade, including Head Baker at the Dorchester Hotel and Sally Clarkes Bakery in London. My own bakery business has been establish for 14 years, it includes two shops and a large wholesale customer base.

I have won a number of awards including the British Baker’s ‘Britain’s Best Loaf’ 3 years in a row, a number of World Bread Awards including 2017 Tiptree World Bread Awards Overall winner and Winner of the Sourdough category. In 2016 I was a finalist in the Baker of the Year Awards and over the years have won various awards at the Kent Master Bakers competition.
