Jessica Smithson

Jess is a Bakery Technologist & NPD Techoniglist formally of Country Style Foods and now The Serious Sweet Company. Jess has worked within the food industry for 6 years having initially studied at Print Works campus in Leeds and has dedicated herself to furthering her skills developing bread for most of the UK’s major supermarkets. She now develops luxury hand crafted traditional sweets & confectionery for some of the leading UK & Overseas retailers. Jess was recognised for her hard work and dedication at the British Baking Industry Awards being nominated and winning The Rising Star Award 2018.
