He joined the team at Craggs & Co as Technical Flour Advisor after working as Technical Manager for Flour Miller EB Bradshaws and Sons for 41 years.
His career started as an Animal Plant Health Seed Analyst and a Seed Sampler and Crop Inspector. It was from this point he developed his interest in milling and was awarded a City and Guilds in Flour Milling.
His vast experience in troubleshooting flour problems for bread, biscuit and cake production within the baking industry is invaluable. Richards expertise enables Craggs & Co to produce outstanding flour from the finest ancient grains.
