Technical Account Manager, Rank Hovis
Born the son of a confectioner, my first time in a bakery was at the age of 4 cutting gingerbread men out during my summer holidays. I later attended Tameside College for 3 years achieving City and Guilds qualifications in bread and confectionery skills.
From college, I worked in Switzerland for two years, before returning to the UK to home my bakery skills and knowledge. These skills and knowledge become greater over the past 25 years working in all areas of the baking industry from supermarkets to large plant bakeries. Over the past 8 years I have worked as a technical account manager for Rank Hovis working closely with customers providing technical knowledge and support for all their bakery needs.
